WELCOME TO DATA HELP


Gerald Evans is a Solutions Consultant for Sprint Nextel in the Midwest Market. His area includes Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Iowa and Nebraska. Gerald supports Authorized Representatives, Embarq, Business Solutions Partners and Nextel Partners.
Gerald began his career with Nextel as a Direct Sales Representative in Tampa, Florida where he went on to become a Major Account Executive, specializing in data sales in the health care and real estate verticals. Another promotion sent Gerald to the Washington, DC area as a Senior Indirect Account Executive with data specialization. In the middle of 2006 Gerald was promoted to the Solutions Consultant team in Minneapolis.

WIRELESS UPDATES

Data link Moratorium Update:

In short, the process looks to migrate customers from the old (Shasta) to new (Juniper) platform for DL on a 1-by-1 process…which would take more time, but engineering has confidence that this would be a better path than bulk migration. Pre-selling is still supported and being managed by the BIM team around the moratorium. More details will follow this month.

Get a FREE 20-user BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) with 20+ BlackBerry device purchase
Plus 10-user CALs (rounded down to nearest 10) for any additional 10+ BlackBerry devices purchased.

Existing customers:

Get 10-user CAL packs (rounded down to nearest 10) with 10+ new BlackBerry device activations.
